We don't manage accounts, you need to go https://www.wattpad.com

Wattpad has a firewall that might detect you as a robot while you use our app, sometimes a Captcha will appear and you need to complete it successfully in order to keep using the app or it will stop working.

If you are not getting TXT or PDF files by default you may not be a member or may have disabled the auto-export feature. If you want to get PDF or TXT files, open the reader window, select a story and then click on the export buttons on the bottom of the reader window. A new window will open, just click on the export button of this new window and that's it :) You can then click on the folder button to see your exported story.

Creating a PayPal account is free and can be done in a couple of minutes.

You can cancel your subscription on the Paypal website.

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Payments.
3. Under "Preapproved payments", click Manage preapproved payments.
4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Even though Paypal is our main option which is automated and integrated into the app, we have other options so if you need them, request them on the support chat or via mail to contacto@nexroom.com

It is usually activated instantly although we have seen a delay of up to 1 minute due to Paypal internal processing. If you see the payment on your account after 5 minutes and you don't have yet your membership, please contact us so we can help.

If it isn't activated within 3 minutes, please write us in the chat indicating your Wattpad Username so we can add the membership to your account :)
